Supporting Inclusive Schooling

How do different steakholders support inclusive schooling? - An examination in New York and Lower Austria

Using questions derived from the Index for Inclusion, the present investigation seeks to understand the perceptions of and attitudes toward inclusive schooling in students enrolled in graduate education courses at a college in New York, USA and in Baden/NOe, Austria. Additionally, the present study seeks to gather information regarding the attitudes and perceptions of inclusive schooling of administrative candidates in the school building leadership program at both institutions. Results are reported in terms of teacher and administration perceptions of inclusion, inclusive efforts and future graduate curriculum development.
